When you're young (and even when you're old), these feelings can be confusing.

They can be overwhelming.

They can be exhausing.

But they are all perfectly normal.

Most problems precisely defined are already partially solved.

Do you have a problem?

Just realizing it is the first step toward solving it.

Have you defined your problem - have you spelled it out, written it down, or told somebody about it?

Then you've taken the second step.

Have you looked at your problem from all sides?

That's the third step.

Once you can clearly see your problem, you can start making choices about it.

And you may find that you've aleady done the hard part.

Does it add something to your life?

Does it change the way you experience the world?

Does it make you better?
