Then you can talk about them more clearly.

 

You can get help understanding the ones that seem confusing to you.

 

Gershen Kaufman and Lev Raphael suggest three ways to grow a feelings Vocabulary:

1. Listen to other people talk about their feelings.

2. Ask for help explaining your feelings.

3. Read about feelings. (Ask a librarian to recommend a book.)
